FAQ

Overview
Journey With___ is a fundraising campaign organised by ACMI. It aims to raise funds for programmes and services that enable us to be family to our migrant brothers and sisters in Singapore. These include:
  • Providing casework support and financial assistance to migrants in crisis
  • Running skills development courses to equip migrants with practical skills
  • Creating opportunities for community building and integration

Choose one or more days during the Camino Challenge (2 September to 13 October) to walk with ACMI.

For each day selected, complete the distance assigned for that day. This is determined by the segment of the Camino route being covered by the ACMI Pilgrim Team walking the Camino del Norte.

Invite your friends and networks to support your walk and the migrant cause.

You can walk on your own or as part of a team, and cover the distance at your own pace, here in Singapore.
Participants are invited to register with a minimum donation of $30. All donations are eligible for a 250% tax deduction. To qualify, please provide your NRIC / FIN number during the registration process.

Walking is a core part of the Journey With___ campaign and we strongly encourage everyone to take part in the walk.

Nevertheless, we understand that completing the full distance may be challenging for some. If this is the case, we encourage you to take part in a way that works for you (e.g. walking as a team and sharing the distance, covering a distance that is manageable). Walking is a meaningful way to be part of the journey and can make your fundraising efforts more engaging for those.
