Happy to donate to migrants workers as I've seen migrant workers near sembawang camp, drained while going to work during heavy rain. Some only have plastic bags over their heads while some shared umbrellas with 2 or 3 friends. Perhaps we should consider providing all of them a durable rain coat or an umbrella each since Singapore is either rain or shine all year round and not all the migrants' companies provide transport to work.Low Soon Teck donated $50.00
